Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HalfPe account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
